Menus boast bags of luxury for City high rollers; from oysters, lobster or caviar to deep-wallet mains like fillet of beef Rossini teamed with pan-fried foie gras, sautéed mushrooms, a Maderia sauce and black truffle. Otherwise, for lighter options, check out the likes of roasted sea bream fillet served with an étuvée of artichoke, fennel and salsify in olive oil.
