We'll only contact you by email if you've given us permission. Even so, sometimes our messages don't make it to your inbox.
The spam or junk filter on your email app or client has an 'allowed' and a 'blocked' list of senders and keywords. So you can add the senders, domains or internet providers (IPs) you want to receive emails from, and block those you don't.
You can usually add a sender's email address to your allowed list by adding it to your address book.
To make sure you get the emails that you've asked for, add our sender addresses to your address book:
How to add a sender to your address book
- Open the email.
- Right click on sender's name and a menu will appear.
- Choose 'Add to Outlook contacts'.
- Open the email.
- Hover mouse over the sender's name and a contact card will appear.
- Choose the 'Add to contacts' icon.
- Open the email.
- Hover mouse over the sender's name and a contact card will appear.
- Choose 'Add to contacts'.
If you have an anti-virus program installed on your computer, such as Norton or McAfee, check the instructions for your program to make sure that emails you want to read will appear in your inbox.
