My personalised, student-centred approach focuses on positive reinforcement to build confidence and encourage responsible driving. Seeing students gain confidence, make a positive impact on their lives, and learn a lifelong skill are the most rewarding parts of my job. In my free time, I enjoy playing football and golf.
