James Barnetson

I am a driving instructor with over three decades of experience, having obtained my green badge in the late 1980s. Teaching new drivers is a passion of mine, and I take immense joy in seeing students gain confidence, preparing them for real-world driving, and helping them learn this valuable skill. My teaching style is centred around building confidence, maintaining a calm demeanour, and focusing on each student's individual needs. The most rewarding aspects of being a driving instructor are preparing students for real-world driving, sharing my passion for driving, and witnessing the joy in their success when they achieve their goals. I pride myself on being patient, supportive, and motivated, traits that are essential in this profession. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with family, travelling to new destinations, and exploring new restaurants.
