If you’re an AA Member

We’ve arranged your replacement for your chosen time and date. You’ll receive an email confirming your details shortly. You’ll also receive a text message or email confirming when the patrol is on their way.

If you're an AA member without homestart, your replacement is being arranged for the time and date that you selected. If you’ve submitted the form during our opening hours of 8am – 8pm, one of our Battery Assist team will call you prior to the date of your appointment to take the homestart fee.

If you’re not an AA Member

If you're not an AA member, we’ve arranged your replacement for your chosen time and date. If you’ve submitted the form during our opening hours of 8am – 8pm, one of our Battery Assist team will call you prior to the date of your appointment to take the delivery and fitting fee. If outside of these hours, we’ll call you the following day.
