A family-run working farm in a stunning location above Aberfeldy, with breathtaking views of the Perthshire hills, is the setting for Thyme at Errichel House. The Roundhouse is just that, a very impressive contemporary building which does its best to distract you from the weekly-changing menu. Pay attention though, there's some good stuff on offer here. All the lamb, beef and pork comes from the farm itself, along with many other ingredients, this is real 'farm to fork' in action. Start with beetroot-cured salmon and follow that with slow-baked rare-breed Large Black pork, or heritage pumpkin filled with beans and black lentils.
