Why do it?

Training days can be a great tool for staff motivation while ensuring consistent standards throughout your business. We can train up brand new teams from scratch or offer refresher training to your staff by running tailor-made courses that ensure you and your delegates get the most out of the day. We offer interactive training days run by full-time AA inspectors for all key departments of the hotel operation and provide course certificates, handouts and spot prizes for attendees.

How to apply

Read our training and consultancy leaflet and apply by filling in an application form. If you'd like to discuss tailor-made training options with us, email [email protected] or phone 01256 844455.

The small print

Training courses are available as a half day or a full day and are carried out by trained and experienced AA inspectors. They will take place in your hotel/venue and no travelling costs are incurred. The maximum number of delegates per course is 25, and courses are usually held by 2 inspectors. For groups of fewer than 15 delegates, usually one inspector only will run the course. Prices, terms and conditions are available when you contact us directly.
