What you need to do

As part of ongoing improvements to your experience, we’re moving over to a new system that will make it easier for you to access and manage your policy documents and personal details.

In order to get you set up, we just need you to re-enter a few details. You’ll only need to do this once and it takes just a minute or two. Then you’re all set.

Next steps 

Before you get started, make sure you have your your policy number and email address to hand.

  1. You’ll be asked to create your log-in credentials (email address and password). 
  2. Wait for an email from us to verify your email address. Click the link. 
  3. Then you’ll be asked to link your account to your products by telling us your name and the answers to three additional security questions. That should pull in all your products.
