Driver CPC courses on show at the CV show 2011
The AA, in the guise of its specialist commercial driver training arm AA DriveTech, appears at the CV Show for the first time this week.
Although AA DriveTech [exhibition stand No. 5G124] provides a huge portfolio of driver assessment, training and support products for anyone who drives for work purposes, its focus at the show will principally be on its range of Driver CPC courses.
The division has reinforced its resources and commitment to Driver CPC over recent months and aims to be a major player, in the same way that it is in within the vehicle fleet market as a whole. “We have vast expertise and infrastructure to call upon within the Group,” says AA DriveTech’s Director of Driver CPC Jason Vallint. “We now have dedicated sales, customer support and training development resources for Driver CPC and the ability to deliver the products at venues throughout the UK.”
The AA as a whole, with AA DriveTech as a significant constituent part, was voted overall Fleet Supplier of the Year at the recent Fleet News Awards, generally acknowledged to be the most prestigious accolade in the UK fleet industry.
The AA is also displaying a number of historic, AA-liveried vehicles at this year’s CV Show and these can be seen at the following locations:
Stand 5G124 1992 Harley Davidson Electra Glide, K214 EHK
Stand 5J144 1961 BSA M21 Combination motorcycle and sidecar,
