How to enter
All participants just need to complete and submit the online entry form at utc.travel.
1. The Promoter
1.1 The prize draw is organised by utc.travel Ltd (the Promoter), registered at 4 The Boulevard, Clarence Dock, Leeds LS10 1PZ. This promotion is in partnership with Celebrity Cruises, but is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by them.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The prize draw is open only to AA breakdown customers who are UK residents aged 18 or over. Entrants will need to provide a valid AA membership number, and anyone with an invalid membership will be excluded. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are excluded from entering.
2.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
2.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. How to enter
3.1. Entrants must complete and submit the online entry form at utc.travel, including their contact details and AA membership number.
3.2. Entries must be submitted by between 13 May 2025 09:00 and 31 May 2025 23:59 UK time. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
4. The prize
4.1. One winner will be selected for the first prize of a 14-night Mediterranean cruise for two on board Celebrity Apex departing on 13 September 2025 from Southampton, UK.
4.1.1. The prize includes:
• Accommodation in a stateroom for two people.
• Selected meals and onboard entertainment.
• Access to ship facilities, including pools, lounges and entertainment venues.
4.1.2. The prize does not include:
• Drinks, spa treatments, speciality dining, or other services charged as extra.
• Flights or transfers to and from the departure port of Southampton.
• Travel insurance.
• Personal expenses, excursions or additional onboard purchases.
4.1.3. The prize is non-transferable (no other departure date is available), non-exchangeable, and can't be redeemed for cash or alternative prizes.
4.1.4. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value in the event the original prize is not available, or circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
4.2. There are 5 runner-up prizes.
4.2.1. Each runner-up prize includes an annual membership to utc.travel with £100 in travel credit to spend with utc.travel towards any travel booking in full or part payment.
4.2.2. The runner-up prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and can't be redeemed for cash or alternative prizes.
5. Winner selection and notification
5.1. The winners will be selected at random by an independent judicator on 6 June 2025 from all valid entries received by the closing date.
5.2. The winners will be notified by 20 June 2025 via email and/or phone.
5.3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Publicity and data protection
6.1. By entering, participants agree that their name and county may be used in winner announcements and promotional materials.
6.2. Any personal data provided will be used for the purpose of the management of the prize draw, including to assess your eligibility and to administer the prize draw, in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.
6.3. We will share information about you with The AA and vice versa for the purpose of the management of the prize draw, including to assess your eligibility and to administer the prize draw. The AA will process this information in accordance with The AA privacy notice, and the Promoter will process this information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy referred to above.
6.4. Entrants can opt-in to receive marketing communications from utc.travel and Celebrity Cruises by selecting the relevant checkboxes on the entry form. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
7. General terms
7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
7.2. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.3. The prize draw is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook and Instagram, and the Promoter hereby provides a complete release to Facebook and Instagram of any responsibility for this prize draw.
7.4. This prize draw is governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
