Perched on the edge of Loch Earn, The Four Seasons has breathtaking views over the water and wooded hills. In the waterside Meall Reamhar restaurant, those stunning views complement the modern British menu, built on spectacular Scottish ingredients. Kick off with (perfectly) seared hand-dived scallops matched with crisp air-cured bacon, Granny Smith jam, smoked morcilla black pudding and cauliflower pannacotta. Next up, Pata Negra pork and pig's cheek is served with truffled mash and a chilli and sherry vinegar sauce, and seared turbot and king scallop come in the company of pea and pancetta risotto. Finish with a creative mango and chilli parfait with coconut truffle and punch sorbet.
