Set in two listed Georgian townhouses on St John's Square, this breezy all day eatery is an intimate, relaxed backdrop for a lively trek through the world of fusion cooking. Expect influences from around the globe, delivered in inspired combinations and stimulating contrasts of flavour and texture. Roam from seared diver-caught scallops with squid ink risotto, hijiki (an Asian sea vegetable), and a relish of beetroot and moromi, to roast cod with baked cauliflower, mustard and bacon sauce, mole rojo crumbs, and a pomegranate and fennel salad. For dessert, poached cranberries and gingerbread crumb add a novel spin to tonka bean pannacotta.
