With Eurostar trains outside the window, it's fitting that this sleek art deco-esque brasserie offers a menu combining an entente cordiale of Pan-European flavours. Kick off with pan-fried scallops with chorizo, smoked cauliflower purée and samphire, or splash out on half-a-dozen oysters with a glass of fizz. Among main courses, the daily fish option brings pan-fried pollack with mussels, Jersey Royals and chive beurre blanc, or you might go for spatchcock poussin with chimichurri sauce. If you want to stay in Brit mode, there are posh burgers, steaks, and fish and chips. Dessert is velvety chocolate delice with orange sorbet.
