The Asian venue of Russian restaurateur Arkady Novikov's see-and-be-seen Mayfair food palace offers a palate-tingling cornucopia of Pan-Asian dishes. A busy team of chefs behind a glass wall among mounds of super-fresh produce resembling an Asian street market takes centre-stage in the slick brasserie-style space. They send out skilfully-made dim sum, including prawn and coriander dumplings and salt and pepper frog’s legs to get the taste buds standing to attention. Elsewhere, there's Wagyu sirloin for the oligarchs, or steamed Scottish scallops with ginger and soy, while an East-meets-West fusion of green tea crème brûlée with guava sorbet keeps things lively at dessert stage. There's also an Italian venue downstairs.
