Expect a backing track of high-decibel chatter and banging music at this City temple to meat. It's a cool glass-sided venue where show-stopping views of St Paul’s Cathedral mix with low-slung leather banquettes, polished stone floors and soaring wine walls. Cooking by fire, smoke and charcoal is the thing, using flashy bits of kit like Robata grills, tandoor ovens, Texan pit smokers and wood-fired ovens. Tuck into signature dry-aged steaks, or a Dingley Dell pork chop with charred fennel and grilled apricot, while desserts take in chocolate brownie with pecan and honeycomb crumble and bourbon ice cream. A posse of friendly staff keeps the party rolling.
