Expect a backing track of lively chatter and music at this City temple to meat, flame and smoke. It's a cool glass-sided venue whose macho features - polished stone floor and brickwork - mix with low-slung leather banquettes, funky lighting and wine display cabinets. Cooking by fire, smoke and charcoal is the thing, using flashy bits of kit like robata grills, tandoor ovens, Texan pit smokers and wood-fired ovens. Tuck into signature dry-aged steaks, or try grilled lamb rack or pulled pork shoulder, perhaps with pukka duck-fat chips, while desserts might take in baked vanilla cheesecake with roasted peaches and star-turn Bellini sorbet. A posse of friendly staff keeps the party rolling.
