Confident modern cooking in contemporary riverside hotel

The hotel is a contemporary paradise with neutral colour tones, tasteful and trendy furniture and a swish spa, and it's also home to the River Restaurant. Views of the river are guaranteed through floor-to-ceiling windows, while the menu features regional produce. Local crab finds its way into tortellini, dressed with red pepper and crab foam, and seared pigeon breast arrives with fig Tatin and a port and hazelnut vinaigrette. Among main courses, sea bream is served with an Asian spin and braised beef is cooked bourguignon-style and partnered with horseradish pommes purée. Modern desserts include Alunga chocolate and hazelnut mousse with hazelnut gel and candied hazelnut.
