Bream Cove Restaurant presents an inviting space amid coastal gardens overlooking Falmouth Bay. The order of the day is modern cooking with a nod to classic cuisine, offering a true flavour of Cornwall and a sound helping of local wines as well as old favourites. Set out with a starter of fried brown rice with chorizo, paired with the contrasting textures of sugar snap peas and a soft boiled egg. Move on to grilled megrim sole fillets accompanied by pommes Anna and a dill and caper sauce. Finish with a white chocolate pannacotta, fresh strawberries and the crunch of home-made shortbread.
