Floor-to-ceiling windows show off the ever-changing sea views from this large, contemporary space, but it's just as smart and welcoming after sunset. Jamie Oliver's guiding principle remains the same - to give young people a solid grounding in skills and experience, and the classy fixtures and fittings and not-so-low prices make this a destination eatery. You'll find proper Italian food on the menu, with porchetta, mackerel and crispy capers a good place to start, followed by a generous portion of wild garlic agnolotti with short rib ragù and horseradish. Lemon tart with Buttervilla's rhubarb and clotted cream rounds things off nicely.
