This clapboard and stone-fronted pub is run by a former Fleetwood fish wholesaler who comes from a long line of North Sea and Irish Sea trawlermen. His daughter studied the coastal food industry in South America before becoming head of operations here. This may look more New England than Lancashire mill-town but the menu gets inspiration from all over the world.
