The waterfront restaurant offers a more brasserie-style experience with views over the estuary and menus showcasing the abundant Welsh seafood (a Penhelig speciality) and Welsh beef and lamb. The kitchen team emphasises the freshness of ingredients and fuse local and cosmopolitan influences in a style of cooking that allows natural flavours to shine through.
