Tucked away from Richmond’s bustling high street, The White Swan dates back to 1777. Whether it’s for a pint of Timothy Taylor Landlord in the cosy bar with its open fire or a meal in the upstairs dining room or suntrap garden, this is a pub to suit every occasion. The kitchen has gained a good reputation for its daily-changing menus. A typical meal might feature Thai-spiced salmon and smoked haddock fish cakes, followed by puff pastry chicken and ham pie with mixed vegetables. Look out for pub dog Jake, a friendly Springer Spaniel. Please note, only those 18 years and over are permitted after 6.30pm.
