A cosy haven for beer drinkers

Run by the same team as the adjacent Old Hall Inn, the pub is a veritable haven for beer and sport lovers. Flagstone floors, open fires and sporting events on TV combine to create a highly satisfactory ambience for customers enjoying real ales such as Thornbridge, or a world beer from the list of many; the choice peaks at the festival in September, which also features draught ciders. While the main restaurant is over at the Old Hall Inn, hand-stretched pizzas are on offer from Thursday evenings to Sunday.
