Local ales and enjoyable food overlooking the bay

Beer festival
Open all year

Literally a stone’s throw from the beach, the sun terrace at ‘The Glen’ – as it’s affectionately known by the locals – offers fabulous views across Cardigan Bay where you might possibly spot one of the friendly local dolphins. A traditional free house serving a wide range of home-made food all day, from sandwiches and paninis to local butchers’ sausages and mash; smoked salmon and asparagus linguine; and home-made chilli con carne, The Glen has a good local reputation for its real ales, including beers from award-winning North Wales brewery Purple Moose. Look out for the pub’s Bank Holiday beer festival in late May.
