Set in a former coaching inn once used by Lord Nelson on his journey to meet the fleet at Pembroke, The Castle is well positioned for exploring the Brecon Beacons National Park. Family-run by chefs, it’s no surprise that food is top of the agenda, with everything cooked from scratch using local, seasonal produce.
