There's a lot more to Harwich than boats and water as a stay at Premier Inn Harwich will verify. The hotel is of course a good stopover if you're catching the ferry but there's also plenty to do here if you're not sailing away. Spend a morning wandering the picturesque streets of Harwich with its delightful buildings dating back centuries, or take a train to Colchester, Britain's oldest town, to see the castle or visit the world famous zoo. The Edwardian seaside town Felixstowe is nearby too. Then come back to the hotel's Brewers Fayre restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
