Your AA Credit Card account will automatically close on 12 June 2024, and you'll no longer have access to the AA Credit Card app.

If you have an outstanding balance after this date, you'll need to continue to make at least your minimum payment each month until your balance is paid off in full. Will I be able to manage my credit card online after it's closed?

No, you'll be sent a monthly paper statement to manage any outstanding balance you have on your AA Credit Card from the 12 June onwards. Access to the AA app and online servicing will close on 12 June 2024. Please see below for further information on how you can make payments after your account is closed.

Will my terms and conditions change?

I have an existing Jaja credit card account, will this affect that card?

Once your AA Credit Card account closes, you'll receive statements in the post. These will detail how you can make payments to repay anything you owe on your AA Credit Card.

What if I have a Direct Debit set up?

If you do have an outstanding balance on this date, do not cancel your standing order. This will continue to work after your AA Credit Card account closes. If you do cancel your standing order it could result in you falling behind on your repayments and affecting your credit file.
