1 Rosette restaurant
Dating back to the 12th century, there is a tangible sense of the past at this fascinating inn. Still very much the village local, it was first licensed in 1477, and boasts a standing stone dating back some 5000 years. Extensive refurbishment has blended contemporary styling with the historic features. Bedrooms have plenty of character and no two are alike, with a number of four-posters available. The stylish restaurant offers accomplished cuisine with a range of dishes, all making good use of high quality local produce. In summer, meals can be taken in the extensive garden with stunning views of Dartmoor.
