Bracken House, a former Victorian rectory, has four en suite bedrooms and is situated on the edge of the popular north Devon village of Bratton Fleming. It is within easy driving distance of the spectacular coast, Exmoor and many other local attractions, including National Trust properties, the gardens at RHS Rosemoor, Castle Hill, Marwood and Tapeley Park. The drawing room, with its cosy open fire, has lovely views over the garden towards Hartland through the large bay window. The dining room, where a full English breakfast is served each morning, has a wood-burner which is lit on cooler mornings.
