I have just returned after five day stay. The service and food was first class. The staff were brilliant the whole place was spotless. I would recommend this Hotel

Dirty rooms, unfriendly staff, booked garden view and paid for but never got the room. was put in events centre where fire alarm set off. No info given. unfriendly staff, poor food, unhygenic bed sheets, dirty carpets, thick pigeon mess along window. views of rail station, noisy room constant banging of radiator and railway/cars. badly organised reception - terrible
