One of London's finest. The Dorchester remains one of the best-loved hotels in the country and always delivers. The spacious bedrooms and suites are beautifully appointed and feature fabulous marble bathrooms. Leading off from the foyer, The Promenade is the perfect setting for afternoon tea or drinks. In the evening guests can relax to the sound of live jazz, whilst enjoying a cocktail in the stylish bar. Dining options include the sophisticated Chinese restaurant, China Tang (2 AA Rosettes); Restaurant Alain Ducasse from the world renowned French chef of the same name (3 AA Rosettes), and of course The Grill (2 AA Rosettes).

My wife and I took our two teenage sons for one night, it was fabulous. Everyone was so professional AND friendly. The doorman welcomed us back when we had been out for lunch. The English breakfast was superb, the poached eggs perfect. The bathrooms! Oh what joy!
