The noisiest and most unpleasant night's sleep I have ever had the misfortune to suffer. Staff, on hearing my complaint, were as unhelpful as possible. There is no such thing as customer service there.To cap it all, when I got home, the Booking Co. said that they had been notified that we had not stayed at all and are charging me the full fee as a cancellation cost!!!!! Incredibly bad.
