Celebrating Bath's most famous resident, the centre offers a snapshot of life during Regency times and explores how living in this city affected Jane Austen's life and writing. Every September, Bath holds a Jane Austen festival. 28th January 2013 is the 200th anniversary of the publication of Pride & Prejudice and a 24 hour readathon will take place.
