"Being called out to a breakdown in Cardiff on Christmas Eve was no big deal. After all, the AA is on call 24/7 – every day of the year. The recovery itself was a different matter. The member's car had a puncture that was beyond repair. On top of that, he was on the sixth floor of a multi-storey car park and my truck couldn't get up there due to the height restriction. Luckily, he managed to manoeuvre his car to the ground floor.

"Problem solved? Not really, as he was from Newcastle and didn't know Cardiff that well, let alone which shopping centre he’d parked in. That's when I had my seasonal idea..."
