Mobile Servicing

Use your smartphone to manage your card on the go. The mobile servicing app is free to download and is available on iOS and Android™ devices from the app store and the Google Play™ store.

Once you have downloaded the app you will be able to –

  1. check your balance and available credit
  2. view your recent and historical transactions
  3. make payments to your credit card account
  4. set up a Direct Debit
  5. register any future travel plans

To manage your account by phone, call 0345 600 5606*

You'll have all the features of the mobile app, plus –

  1. transfer balances to your card
  2. add an additional card holder
  3. make payments to your credit card account
  4. report a card lost or stolen (open 24 hours)

Lines are open 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Saturday, 10am to 5pm Sunday and bank holidays.

Online Servicing

If you took out your card before 30 June 2015, you will have now received your replacement MBNA credit card. Please now log in to your online servicing via the MBNA or call 0800 917 8612.

* 0345: Calls cost no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02). Calls from landlines and mobiles are included in free call packages. Calls may be monitored or recorded for training and compliance purposes.
