Choose the level of breakdown and recovery services for your fleet of business vehicles.

You will not be eligible for Fleetwide cover if your vehicles are to be used for any of the following purposes: taxis, minicabs, ambulances, hire vehicles, police vehicles, disabled passenger vehicles, vehicles on trade plates, motorcycles and courier vehicles. You can purchase Specialist Breakdown Cover for these vehicles.

Roadside – this is the minimum level of fleet vehicle breakdown cover, and provides roadside assistance throughout the UK, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Our number 1 aim is to fix your vehicle, but if we can't we'll take it to the nearest garage.
Home Start – provides assistance in situations where the covered vehicle is immobilised at or near home.
Relay* – recovery to a UK mainland destination of your choice if we are unable to fix your vehicle at the roadside or arrange a prompt local repair.
Relay Plus* – if you also have Relay and we cannot arrange a prompt local repair, Relay Plus provides alternative travel options.
Accident Management† – help with vehicle recovery, repairs and processing insurance claims after accidents or vandalism.
Fleet Europe – breakdown and recovery options for drivers in Europe (subject to territorial limits).

Fleet breakdown cover explained

Roadside
This is the minimum level of breakdown cover and provides roadside assistance throughout the UK, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Our number 1 aim is to fix your vehicle, but if we can't we'll take it to the nearest garage.

Relay*
Recovery to a UK mainland destination of your choice if we are unable to fix your vehicle at the roadside or arrange a prompt local repair. This means your driver can choose to be taken home, to their destination or anywhere else on the UK mainland, regardless of how far this may be.

Home Start
Provides assistance in situations where the covered vehicle is immobilised at or near home. This means that all the benefits of Roadside Assistance are available at the home address (or overnight location) of the vehicle.

Relay Plus*
If you also have Relay and we cannot arrange a prompt local repair, Relay Plus provides alternative travel options. Choose from a replacement car for 2 days, public transport costs or overnight accommodation.

Accident Management^†
Help with vehicle recovery, repairs and processing insurance claims after accidents or vandalism.

Fleet Europe
Breakdown and recovery options for your drivers in Europe (subject to territorial limits) with English-speaking assistance whenever you call.
