Your tuition car is your mobile workplace, so your personal comfort and efficiency is vitally important. Our cars offer great performance and reliability, and will be a safe and comfortable environment for you and your pupils. You'll have a brand new replacement car every 32 weeks, and servicing at 12,500 mile intervals is included.
You'll have the benefit of AA breakdown cover, and in case of emergency or breakdown we'll supply a replacement car within 48 hours to keep your business moving. If you have our Standard Franchise, the replacement car will be supplied within 24 hours.
Our standard tuition car is the Ford Fiesta 1.0 Titanium petrol manual, but with most of our franchises you'll be able to opt to upgrade to a diesel, automatic, or Ford Focus 1.6. (Cars subject to availability of vehicle stock.)

We actively encourage you to recruit your own pupils as this helps to keep down your franchise costs, but with the standard franchise we can help provide pupils for you while you get established. Pupil introductions are on a pay-per-use basis – the low cost is covered with the first two hours of tuition, and you can opt to have a supply of new pupils whenever you need it.

We offer a programme of courses and workshops to help driving instructors improve their skills. The courses are open to all approved driving instructors (ADI) and prospective driving instructors (PDI), and are an effective way to maximise your earnings potential.
All our courses have been developed by AA Driving School and will count towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and participants will receive attendance certificates.
Courses are available throughout the year at our Six Hills Training Centre in Melton Mowbray, and other centres in Basingstoke, Cardiff, Ealing, Cheadle and Newcastle upon Tyne.

AA instructors can train to take advantage of the increased demand for post-test training aimed at lowering accidents due to driver error, attitudes and behaviour. Typically this training is offered following careless driving or speeding offences. This training also counts towards your Continuing Professional Development.
