Knowing only too well how crowded the Driver CPC training supplier market was likely to be, AA DriveTech was determined to enter the fray with high quality, value-for-money courses that really delivered quantifiable benefits to both individual drivers and their employers.
Before deciding on the course topics and content, the company was determined to understand what made its prospective customer base tick and also how it viewed various aspects of their jobs. As a result AA DriveTech commissioned some field-based, face to face market research* with both LGV and PCV drivers, which revealed some interesting facts and figures.
Although many of the findings are of a commercially advantageous nature and will therefore remain confidential, AA DriveTech is happy to share some of the data gathered:
*Data drawn from one sample carried out in the West Midlands area over a six week period comprising 100 LGV drivers and 100 PCV drivers.
