Significant operational cost savings as a result of implementing bespoke driver training
AA DriveTech, the specialist division of the AA that provides driver risk management and training for corporate drivers, has formed a partnership with the Food Storage and Distribution Federation (FSDF) to develop and deliver specialist Driver CPC training courses for its members.
Already well established in the provision of Driver CPC training, AA DriveTech will be offering the following bespoke half-day courses to members of the FSDF at preferential prices:
AA DriveTech has an established track record of delivering real financial returns for major brands in the food industry. Sainsbury’s Home Delivery arm for instance has benefited from significant operational cost savings as a result of implementing a bespoke driver training and vehicle management programme developed by AA DriveTech.
AA DriveTech will also be assisting the FSDF in deploying it innovative ‘virtual stairway training programme’, recently launched in conjunction with Skills for Logistics
Whilst our brand speaks for itself, this special partnership with the FSDF provides, significant qualification and reach into the Food and Drinks sector. We will be jointly developing quality driver training courses that are relevant, focused and more importantly, provide a return on investment for

On signing the Memorandum of Understanding, FSDF Chief Executive Chris Sturman said,

Through AA DriveTech’s quality training products and its geographic reach, the FSDF can now add driver development to our extensive programme of food industry specific training.”
