Huntly Castle Caravan Park

Huntly

Huntly Castle Caravan Park, Huntly, Aberdeenshire

Huntly Castle Caravan Park is a quality parkland site set in 15 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds within striking distance of the Speyside Malt Whisky Trail, the beautiful Moray coast and the Cairngorm Mountains. It is a well-established and particularly well-maintained park, and owners Hugh and Debbie Ballantyne have very high standards, which results in exceptional toilet facilities, attractive landscaping and the provision of some fully serviced pitches. Hugh and Debbie are to be commended for their continuing investment, resulting in regular improvements to enhance the customer experience.

The site is surrounded by mature trees, shrubs and floral displays to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and pitch density is excellent, providing optimum privacy. The park is located close to the River Deveron, with easy access to the peaceful riverside path, and the attractive town of Huntly, with its ruined castle plus a wide variety of restaurants and shops, is only a five-minute walk away. The park is the ideal base for a main holiday destination, weekend break or an overnight stop due to the close proximity of the main A96 trunk road from Inverness to Aberdeen. A worthy winner of the Scotland Campsite of the Year Award.
