Using my Fleet Advantage card

How soon will I receive my Fleet Advantage cards?

Once a completed application has been received, we will send your cards to you within 10 working days.

Where can I refuel using my AA Fleet Advantage fuel card?

The AA Fleet Advantage card gives you access to the AllStar fuel network, the largest in the country – including all major supermarkets, fuel company service stations and motorway services.

What price do I pay for my fuel?

You will pay the pump price.

Can other products be purchased on my card?

Yes. As well as fuel, you can purchase windscreen repairs, tyres, vehicle rental, servicing, repairs and your annual breakdown cover.

My Fleet Advantage account

Do I get a full breakdown of my spend?

Yes. You will receive an invoice back-up file that shows full-line item detail of every transaction. A number of other reports are also available on request.

Can I manage my account online?

Yes. As an AA Fleet Advantage member you have access to the AllStar online system, where you can manage your account.

How will my breakdown cover be billed?

You will receive your annual renewal charge on your consolidated invoice.

Is my invoice HM Revenue & Customs approved?

Yes. The invoice is HMRC approved so you can claim back 100% of your VAT.
