Nadra cooks on-the-money dishes of global cuisine, a reach that extends from tuna tartare and salmon céviche with chilli-pickled cucumber and salmon crackling, through Ibérico presa (shoulder steak) and belly, wild mushrooms and mash in Madeira jus, to an apple and pear version of kataifi, the Greek shredded pasta dish, accompanied by pistachio praline and ice cream and a dollop of wild thyme honey. Intriguing flavours pour forth from each dish, the fish options especially inspired - sea bass comes with siu mai-style prawn dumplings and bok choy in lemongrass-spiked crab bisque. The six-course tasting menu is excellent value, and includes a sorbet course served with a slug of Grey Goose vodka.
