Select from the various cuts on the menu, from fillet, through bone-in sirloin to porterhouse, the last priced per 100 grammes, and it will be cooked as requested and served with béarnaise, pepper or Stilton sauce. Wide-ranging starters take in Caesar salad and the luxury of lobster cocktail or pan-fried foie gras with roasted figs, oyster mushrooms and truffled honey. Puddings are no afterthought: consider honeycomb parfait with banana sorbet, or cookie sundae with chocolate and caramel sauce.
