Expect a soaring, warehouse-like space that mixes retro and modern looks with art deco references and the feel of a film set from Fritz Lang's Metropolis. Battalions of servers dressed in black ricochet to and fro, all friendly, engaging and on the ball, delivering quick-fire dishes from a lengthy all-day roster (including breakfast weekdays). Try potted salt-beef brisket or king crab and apple cocktail, then pork and fennel sausages with braised lentils, veggie cannelloni, or whole poussin cooked on the Josper grill.
