Slebech Park Estate

2 rosettes

The castellated, 18th-century manor house of Slebech Park is surrounded by 600 acres of parkland bordering the 'hidden waterway' of the Eastern Cleddau River. The restaurant, a naturally lit, modern addition with a river view, draws people from all over Pembrokeshire for local fish, shellfish, lamb and beef on a daily changing dinner menu. Highlights include smooth chicken liver parfait with red onion compôte, walnut crumb and aged port reduction, followed by olive-oil-poached fresh cod, Caerphilly cheese mash, air-dried ham, purple sprouting broccoli and lobster cream sauce. Choose molten white chocolate fondant, bitter chocolate delice, ice cream, chocolate soil and passionfruit to finish.
