Tapas-style grazing and sharing is the drill at this trendy cocktail bar and eatery. The kitchen takes its inspiration mainly from the Med, but global accents pop up here and there, so get started with crab cake with spicy seafood bisque mayonnaise, crispy squid with chilli jam, or crispy pork belly glazed with soy. The small-plate format isn't compulsory: larger servings deliver guinea fowl marinated in North African spices with tabbouleh, coriander yogurt, rose harissa and pomegranate, or perhaps salmon with crab crushed potatoes and cucumber and basil sauce vièrge. Finish with salted caramel and chocolate tart with passionfruit ice cream.
