Set in a cool, contemporary canalside hotel in the rejuvenated Docklands zone, this sleek brasserie is making quite a splash on the local dining scene, and celebrates the pick of Irish produce in its ambitious modernist food. Global accents abound, starting with crispy lamb croquettes matched with houmous, cucumber foam and smoked tomato ketchup, followed by spatchcock poussin jump-started with za'atar herbs and spices and served with sweetcorn and chorizo ragout, confit tomato and Provençal dressing.
