The flagship venture of the innovative Peach Pub Company created over a decade ago, The Rose & Crown continues to thrive. In a corner of Warwick's market place, there are a few tables outside to enjoy a spot of people-watching. The laid-back vibe and contemporary look sit well with period features and homely touches such as comfy leather sofas. The pub opens early for breakfast and offers a modern pub menu that's served all day. Deli boards offer a selection of small tapas-style portions, and the seasonal menu also offers a wide range of dishes to suit the occasion and time of day. There are sandwiches, salads, grills and roasts, and mains like herb-crusted Cornish lamb leg cannon with crushed minted potatoes, peas and baby onion jus. Puddings may include mixed berry knickerbocker glory. A beer festival is usually held at the end of May. Change of landlord.
