Plough Inn

32 Warwick Avenue, UPPER BODDINGTON, NN11 6DH

Just one mile from the tranquillity of Boddington reservoir with its fishing and sailing club, this charming 18th-century thatched coaching inn is also convenient for Silverstone race circuit. Set within lovely Northamptonshire countryside, the Plough is at the heart of village life in Upper Boddington. A traditional pub with flagstones and log-burner, this free house serves several real ales, which can be enjoyed in the snug or 'Doll's Parlour'. In the dining room, enjoy dishes such as fish pie; sticky rack of ribs; or butternut squash and pumpkin risotto. Look out for the Summer Bank Holiday beer festival in August.
