The Bell

Amidst blossoming fruit trees (in the spring, that is) this traditional, village pub has been run since 1988 by the Williams family. With two bars, one with an open fire and a screen for sporting events, dining room, extensive gardens, patio and grassed play area, it offers something for everybody. Home-made ciders are served alongside Herefordshire ales such as brews from Wye Valley. Prepared from locally-sourced ingredients are the sandwiches, light lunches, and dishes such as venison casserole; crab and prawn spaghetti; pork belly with apple and black pudding fritter; and fish pie. If you have a sweet tooth, go for the Mars Bar cheesecake or pecan pie.
